When the user comes into contact with the electric heating film floor heating for the first time, there will inevitably be some questions, so what details should be paid attention to, and what can we do to make the electric heating film floor heating more reasonable and more stable? 

1. It is recommended to choose brand floor, thickness is about 0.8, too thick heat transfer is not good, not energy saving, brand floor environmental protection index is relatively high, so do not have to worry about harmful gas problems. If there is a peculiar smell, it should be cut off in time to stop use, timely and accurate identification of the reasons, timely treatment to ensure safe use. 

2. The contact position of the thermostat is strictly forbidden to place objects that are not conducive to heat dissipation, otherwise the temperature control will be inaccurate and the temperature of the whole electric heating film will be unbalanced. (there is a cover at the contact position, and there is no heat dissipation and convergence temperature under the cover. The contact has been sensitive to the set temperature (such as 30 °), and the other areas of the membrane actually do not reach the set temperature of 30 °.

3. Do not make fixed decoration or place legless furniture on the floor of far infrared electric heating film as far as possible, (if there is legless furniture, consider giving up) to prevent local heat dissipation from unobstructed, do not place quilts on it for a long time when turning on high temperature. Cushion and so on, otherwise quilt, cushion under the temperature will overlap, heat, produce high temperature, will have a certain degree of damage to the film, the floor. 

4. In normal use, it is recommended that the temperature should be set below 35 degrees, and the secondary heating or long-term use should start from the low temperature. After running at a low temperature of 15-20 degrees for a period of time, the temperature should be adjusted to the ideal set temperature. 

5. It is strictly forbidden to lay flame retardant objects on top of the electric heating film heating area. It is strictly forbidden to hammer nails on the floor tiles of the already paved electric heating film heating system. When laying (cutting) the floor or floor tile on the electric heating film, keep it clean, do not leave debris, sharp wood chips, nails and other things on the electric heating film, so as not to damage the electric heating film. 

6. The ground must be covered with an insulating layer. The cold area in the north (or the ground on the first floor) can consider increasing the thickness of the insulating layer, so that the effect will be better. Thin paste technology should be used for laying floor tiles, mortar cement is better around 3-4CM, and mortar moisture should not be covered with electric heating film in plastic bags. 

7. Turn off floor heating or low temperature settings when you go out or when the room is empty. Each room should be provided with a thermostat, which should be located on an inner wall that is easy to operate, and should not be located in a position where it is sheltered or cold and the sun shines directly. The temperature controller should choose the temperature control accurately, the control area should be larger than the electric heating film area, and the contact should be pasted on the back of the film. Black strip heating. 

8. Electric heating film on the current strip (copper sheet) if damaged (step on or break) will cause fire phenomenon, so transportation and installation should be extra careful of this part.
